Hi Ben. Thank you for your interest in SWiFT. These are about 25-30 current due paying members and many more friends that come to meetings and events.

The membership fee helps to pay for some of our administrative services like maintaining the website and producing literature and fliers. We also donate some money to national organizations we support like the Secular Coalition for America.

To see what SWiFT is about, please read the "About" page on this website - or better yet, come to one of our meetings.

This site is awesome! Somehow I missed it. I've added it to our "links" list. When I first started reading their forum I was getting upset at the obtuse questions that were being asked. Then realizing it was a spoof, I actually laughed out loud. The sad thing is there really are a lot of ignorant, dogmatic theists that would ask those questions.

Thanks for the greeting. However, your spelling or proofreading is off. "Solstice" not "solistice".

Despite this, you have a great site. Keep up the good work.

I think usually people like Ray Comfort end up being their own worst enemy. What he did was so crazy and over the top that I think most ordinary people assume that he just finds evolution very threatening and has to slander it.
It would be awesome if someone would analyze his redactions and add reasons why he would be dishonest or feel threatened by those passages and then come out with a book entitled, “What Ray Comfort Doesn’t Want You to Know about Darwin.”

Looks like the problem has been fixed. Well, mostly fixed. The reviews have been separated but the actual Origin of Species does not come up on a search. But at least the Ray Comfort version has only one star and the real version has five (when you can find it). Good job to everyone who complained to amazon.
